It's been a while since I started any project with the confidence that I will finish. Life with a little one under two is full. However, I am determined to get this one off the needles and onto her little body while it's still warm enough for her to wear it! The progress thus far:
The green sweater I was knitting for mom several years ago? Yeah, that's it. It has been reclaimed into these lovely triangles:
And now the project has grown to about 4 inches of body. I grew tired of the stockinette (surprise surprise) and so decided to throw a bit of a lace pattern in there. More on that later. Maybe. I'll have more pictures soon. Maybe even one of it (almost) finished!
